Die Programmierschnittstelle (API) verbindet Ihren Webshop mit externen Plattformen wie Zahlungsanbietern, Lieferdiensten und Büroanwendungen. Wir haben uns sehr bemüht, die API auch für technisch weniger versierte Nutzer einfach bedienbar zu gestalten. Dies ermöglicht es unseren Nutzern in einigen Fällen, ihren Webshop selbst anzubinden, anstatt auf einen kostspieligen Entwickler angewiesen zu sein.
Dank der Kompatibilität mit allgemeinen Praktiken und Industriestandards können Verbindungen zu unserer API schnell und möglicherweise mithilfe von KI-generiertem Code hergestellt werden. Lesen Sie diese Seite sorgfältig durch, wenn Sie selbst eine Verbindung erstellen möchten.

Aktivieren Sie die EasyWebshop API unter Einstellungen > Module > Easywebshop API mit dem Aktivierungscode MODA.
Wenn die EasyWebshop API nicht im Menü angezeigt wird, navigieren Sie zu Einstellungen > Weitere Optionen > Benutzererfahrungsstufe und ändern Sie die Benutzererfahrungsstufe auf Experte.
Aktivieren Sie die API nur, wenn Sie sie auch verwenden werden. Deaktivieren Sie die API aus Sicherheitsgründen, wenn sie nicht verwendet wird.

- https://easywebshop.com/apiVerwenden Sie immer die HTTPS-Version! Die Authentifizierung über unverschlüsseltes HTTP kann dazu führen, dass Ihr API-Token preisgegeben wird.

Maskieren Sie kaufmännische Und-Zeichen in der Befehlszeile wie folgt: ?format=xml\&pretty=1.
Nutzen Sie unsere API sorgfältig und fragen Sie nur ab oder aktualisieren Sie nur das, was Sie benötigen. Verwenden Sie kein Polling, wenn stattdessen die API Push-Funktion genutzt werden kann. Limits werden festgelegt, um die Verschwendung von Serverressourcen zu verhindern.
Authentifizierung
Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Hinzufügen, um einen API-Token zu erstellen, und wählen Sie die gewünschten Berechtigungen für diesen Token aus.
Wählen Sie zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit nur unbedingt erforderliche Berechtigungen aus. Entziehen Sie Berechtigungen, wenn sie nicht mehr benötigt werden.
Nach dem Speichern kopieren Sie Ihren API-Token zur Verwendung in Ihrer Anwendung oder zum Senden an einen Entwickler. Dies können Sie nur einmal tun: Wenn Sie Ihren API-Token verlieren, müssen Sie ihn löschen und einen neuen erstellen.
Gehen Sie sorgfältig mit Ihrem API-Token um.
Senden Sie Ihren API-Token nicht über unsichere Kommunikationskanäle wie E-Mail oder WhatsApp. Wir empfehlen SimpleX Chat, falls Sie Ihren API-Token an einen Entwickler senden müssen. Speichern Sie Ihren API-Token nicht auf einem unsicheren Gerät. Wir speichern Ihren API-Token überhaupt nicht, sondern nur einen Hashwert davon.

Kategorien können nur angezeigt werden. Es gibt keine API-Implementierung zum Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Löschen von Kategorien, da diese Funktionen selten verwendet werden und eine zusätzliche Angriffsfläche schaffen würden. Die Verwaltung von Kategorien kann über die Weboberfläche erfolgen.

Grenzwerte
EasyWebshop ist für Redundanz und extrem schnelle Ladezeiten von Webseiten optimiert. Im Hintergrund arbeitet ein Server-Cluster, der geografisch über mehrere Rechenzentren in verschiedenen Ländern verteilt ist. Dies ist mit Kosten verbunden: Beim Hinzufügen und Aktualisieren von Daten und Dateien müssen diese über den Server-Cluster synchronisiert und die Caches auf allen Servern geleert werden. Bilder müssen komprimiert und für Zoomfotos sowie Miniaturansichten in verschiedene Formate skaliert, SEO-Dateinamen überprüft und erstellt und alle Daten über verteilte Dateiserver und Backup-Server synchronisiert werden.
Der Zweck der Grenzwerte besteht darin, zu verhindern, dass ein einzelner Benutzer unsere Systeme überlastet, was anderen Benutzern schaden würde.

Hohe API-Grenzwerte
In normalen Situationen sollten die Standardgrenzwerte ausreichend sein. Lediglich für Webshops mit einer sehr großen Produktanzahl könnten die Grenzwerte ein Hindernis darstellen.
Unter Einstellungen > Weitere Optionen > EasyWebshop API kann die Funktion Hohe API-Grenzwerte aktiviert werden. Dies ermöglicht den Erwerb zusätzlicher API-Anfragen.
API Push
API-Push sendet eine HTTPS-Anfrage mit JSON- oder XML-Daten. Diese Daten können von einem Server „abgefangen“ und verarbeitet werden.
Wenn Sie lediglich Bestell-E-Mails an ein zusätzliches Ziel empfangen möchten, verwenden Sie Administratorkonten. Sie können auch Sofortbenachrichtigungen für eingehende Bestellungen erhalten.
Geben Sie unter Einstellungen > Module > EasyWebshop API > API-Push die URL Ihrer Anwendung ein und speichern Sie. Nach dem Speichern erscheint eine Schaltfläche Test, mit der Sie eine Beispielanfrage senden können. Zum Deaktivieren lassen Sie die URLs einfach leer und speichern.

Anschlüsse
Verbindungen sind kleine Webanwendungen, die auf einem eigenen Server ausgeführt werden und über eine eigene URL verfügen. Sie können von allen Webshops installiert werden, sodass ihr Code von allen EasyWebshop-Benutzern wiederverwendet werden kann.
Klicken Sie unter Einstellungen > Module > EasyWebshop API > Verbindungs-Tokens auf die Schaltfläche Hinzufügen, um einen neuen API-Verbindungs-Token zu erstellen. Sie müssen die URL der Verbindung eingeben.

Lieferservice
Verwenden Sie das nachstehende Beispiel zur Erstellung von Verbindungen zu Liefer- oder Transportdiensten.
Die Verbindung muss vom Händler installiert und Versandmethoden müssen durch Auswahl verbunden werden.
- Der Kunde befindet sich auf der Kassenseite und wählt eine Versandmethode aus. Da Ihre Verbindung mit einer Versandmethode verknüpft ist, wird ein Popup-Fenster mit einem iFrame ausgelöst, das auf Ihre Datei index.php verweist.
- Die Adressdaten des Kunden werden als GET-Variablen im Abfrage-String gesendet.
- In Ihrer Verbindung kann der Kunde eine Versandmethode wählen oder einen Abholpunkt auf einer Karte auswählen.
- Ihre Verbindung sendet den Namen der Versandmethode, den Preis, die Beschreibung und ein Logo an unsere Bestätigungs-URL (/dsconfirm).
- Die Daten werden der Bestellung hinzugefügt und der Kunde erhält eine Bestätigung.

Die Verbindung muss vom Händler installiert und Zahlungsmethoden müssen durch Auswahl verbunden werden.
Nachdem der Kunde eine Bestellung im Webshop aufgegeben hat, erscheint die Seite mit der Schaltfläche Jetzt bezahlen. Diese Schaltfläche sendet ein HTML-Formular ab.
- Ihre Verbindung empfängt die POST-Daten dieses Formulars, die den Bestellcode enthalten. Mit dem API-Verbindungs-Token können Sie die für die Zahlungsabwicklung notwendigen Bestelldaten sicher abrufen.

Fehlerbehebung
Wir haben die EasyWebshop API so weit wie möglich optimiert, um sie so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir bieten auch einen hochwertigen Helpdesk-Service mit optionaler Unterstützung durch einen Entwickler für technischere Fragen an. Der Zweck der API besteht darin, dass Sie Verbindungen zu anderen Plattformen und Anwendungen herstellen können. Diese verfügen möglicherweise weder über eine einfach zu bedienende API noch über das von uns gebotene Support-Niveau. Denken Sie bei Kontaktaufnahme daran, dass wir nur Hilfe für EasyWebshop und nicht für externe Anwendungen anbieten können.
Wenn Sie Hilfe bei Programmiersprachen benötigen, lesen Sie am besten deren Dokumentationsseiten. Die meisten sind sehr gut dokumentiert. Möglicherweise können Sie KI verwenden, um den Code für Ihre Verbindung zu generieren, aber erwarten Sie bitte nicht, dass unser Support Fehler in Ihrem Code behebt.
